Return Period

You can return any unused item within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund, provided it is unopened, unused, in saleable condition, and the seals remain intact. Please ensure you have the original receipt or an alternative proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Unless faulty, medicines, food, and cosmetic products that have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returns methods

If you would like to return your item(s) to one of our stores, please bring your receipt or another proof of purchase. For online orders, have your order dispatch email ready, either on your device or printed out. Our team members will assist you with the refund or exchange process.

All refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. If you no longer have access to that payment method, we can offer you an exchange or a credit note instead.

Returning Supplements:

We stand by the quality of our products. If your supplements arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please return them using one of our approved methods mentioned above.

Returning Food Products (confectionery, fruit, nuts, and seeds):

If you receive any food product that is unfit for consumption, please contact us through our contact form.

If any products are missing from your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team via our contact form within 30 days of the dispatch date. We cannot be held responsible for losses reported after this period.

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, contact our Customer Care team through our contact form with details of the damage. We will gladly refund or replace the item once the issue is confirmed.

Click & Collect:

If your order is not collected within 14 days, it will be automatically cancelled. Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

By Post:

Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you are returning an item that was part of a multi-buy or buy-one-get-one-free offer, your refund will be proportionally calculated based on the item’s price relative to the total offer. This policy does not affect your right to return faulty items, provided you have proof of purchase
